This book is based on the syllabus of LAW 346 - Introduction to Partnership and Company Law. First it explains the Partnership Law as contained in the provisions of the Partnership Act 1961. This is covered in the first five chapters in Part A. Part B consits of chapter six to twelve which discuss the basic principles of Company Law as provided in the new Malaysian Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016) which was passed by the Parliment and gazetted in September 2016.
