Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy last 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of the shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or refund. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for any return requests.
We only accept returns for items in its original condition on the following conditions:
(1) Defective Item- If you received a defective item, please contact email@example.com for return procedure.
(2) Incorrect Item- If you received an incorrect item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return procedure.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
